Terms governing use of the Melo AI personalised song service.
1. The Service
Melo AI creates personalised, AI-generated songs from the occasion, names, story, mood, genre and voice preferences you provide. Each track is delivered digitally through our Telegram bot. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or place an order.
3. Orders and Payment
The price is ₹290 per track and is shown before payment in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed by our authorised third-party payment processor acting as Merchant of Record. Your purchase may also be subject to that processor's checkout terms. An order is confirmed after successful payment.
4. Delivery
The finished audio file and lyrics are delivered electronically through the Melo AI Telegram bot, normally within a few minutes of payment. No physical goods are shipped. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not request unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory or obscene content; infringe intellectual-property or personality rights; imitate a real artist or public figure without consent; or submit another person's private data without a lawful basis.
6. Responsibility for Prompts and Output
You are responsible for your prompt and your use of the resulting track. Automated safety systems are not perfect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or rights-infringing output resulting from the content or intent of your prompt.
You agree to indemnify Melo AI, its operators, staff and service providers against claims arising from your prompt, use of a generated track, or breach of these Terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property and Licence
After full payment, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the ordered track for personal, non-commercial purposes, including private listening, sharing and gifting. Commercial use, resale or commercial distribution requires prior written agreement. Public distribution by Melo AI would require your separate, explicit opt-in consent.
8. AI-Generated Content
Tracks are generated by automated systems and provided “as is” and “as available”. Results may vary in style, tone and quality. We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.
9. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version and its update date will remain available on this website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Merchant of Record's purchase terms may additionally apply to the payment transaction.
