Electronic delivery terms for Melo AI digital products.

Digital Product Only

Melo AI provides a digital product only. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charges apply.

Delivery Method

After payment succeeds, your personalised audio track and lyrics are generated and delivered electronically through the Melo AI Telegram bot in the same chat where you placed the order.

Delivery Time

Delivery is typically completed within a few minutes of successful payment. Generation may take longer during high demand. If the track does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact support with your order ID.

Non-Delivery

If you were charged but did not receive a track, you are entitled to a free re-generation or refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
