This public offer is published by Limited Liability Partnership "Melo AI", BIN 260540032018, registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is addressed to legally capable adult customers.
The offer applies in the version published on this page. AI Melo may update this offer; a new version becomes effective from publication unless a different effective date is stated.
1. Definitions
- Offer means this public offer agreement published on ai-melo.bot.
- Acceptance means full and unconditional acceptance by using the bot, confirming an order, or completing payment.
- Service / Bot means AI Melo's Telegram bot and related website functionality for AI-assisted song generation.
- Paid functions means features provided after payment, including full versions of generated songs or related files.
- Output means digital material generated by the service, including lyrics, audio, previews, artwork and delivery files.
2. Acceptance and contract formation
Acceptance occurs when the customer performs one or more of the following actions:
- starts or uses the Telegram bot;
- submits a questionnaire, story, prompt, media or other order data;
- confirms an order summary or selected paid package;
- pays an invoice or completes checkout through a supported payment method.
From acceptance, this offer becomes a binding electronic contract between the customer and AI Melo.
3. Subject of agreement
AI Melo provides access to a digital service that helps create personalized AI-assisted songs based on information submitted by the customer, including occasion, genre, mood, voice preference, names, story details and optional media.
The service may provide previews before payment and full output after payment, depending on the selected package. The service is creative and automated, so exact similarity to a particular artist, copyrighted work, human voice or subjective expectation is not guaranteed.
4. Service procedure
The customer enters order data and preferences in the bot. The service creates output in an automated mode. Depending on the package, AI Melo may provide:
- preliminary materials, such as lyrics, previews or fragments;
- the full output after payment, where included in the selected package;
- download links, Telegram delivery messages or other delivery files.
Formation times depend on queue load, payment confirmation, moderation, third-party AI providers and connection quality.
5. Prices and payment
Prices for paid functions are displayed directly in the bot interface and/or checkout page before payment. The final payable amount, applicable taxes, fees and payment method are shown before the customer confirms payment.
Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers, banks, card networks, UPI or other supported methods. AI Melo is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, but will help verify paid orders where proof of payment is available.
For Indian customers, this clause is intended to work with applicable consumer protection and e-commerce requirements, including clear price disclosure, grievance handling and prohibition of misleading practices.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Because the service produces personalized digital content based on customer instructions, cancellation after generation or production starts may be unavailable where permitted by applicable consumer law.
If the paid service has not started, the customer may request cancellation through support. If the delivered file is missing, corrupted, unavailable or materially different from the paid package, AI Melo may provide corrected delivery, re-generation or refund where required by law.
7. Rights and duties
AI Melo undertakes to:
- provide access to the service within its current technical functionality;
- perform the paid digital service with reasonable skill and care;
- deliver the output through Telegram, download link or another channel shown during checkout.
AI Melo may:
- suspend the bot for technical work, updates or security reasons;
- change functionality, interfaces, packages and available options;
- refuse prompts or orders that violate this offer, platform rules, third-party rights or applicable law.
The customer undertakes to:
- use the service lawfully and not interfere with the bot's technical operation;
- not submit unlawful, defamatory, hateful, privacy-invasive or infringing content;
- not submit personal data or media of third parties without a lawful basis and required consent.
8. Legal status of output
Subject to full payment and this agreement, AI Melo grants the customer a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the delivered personalized song for personal, social and non-commercial sharing. Commercial use, advertising, resale, synchronization or public performance requires written permission unless the paid package expressly includes those rights.
AI Melo and its suppliers retain rights in software, templates, prompts, workflows, brand assets and reusable production methods. AI-generated outputs may have limited or uncertain copyright protection depending on the jurisdiction.
9. Personal data
AI Melo processes personal data to operate the bot, create songs, accept payment, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with law and improve the service. Personal data may include Telegram identifiers, contact details, payment status, prompt text, names, relationship details and delivery metadata.
For India, AI Melo will provide notice, process personal data for lawful purposes, respect consent and withdrawal where applicable, protect data with reasonable security safeguards, and handle user requests under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules to the extent they apply. The AI Melo brand/trademark filing process in India is in progress; until registration is confirmed, no statement in this offer should be read as a claim of completed trademark registration in India.
For Kazakhstan users, consent to personal data processing must be specific, informed and capable of being withdrawn where required by applicable law. Cross-border transfer of personal data may occur only where permitted by Kazakhstan law or with required consent and safeguards.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. AI Melo is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, user misuse, unlawful prompts, third-party platform outages, payment provider failures or AI provider downtime.
Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer remedies.
11. Term and termination
This agreement becomes effective upon acceptance and remains in force while the customer uses the service or while an order is being performed. The customer may stop using the service at any time.
AI Melo may suspend or terminate access where the customer violates this offer, platform rules or applicable law.
12. Dispute resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country require otherwise. For customers in India, mandatory Indian consumer, e-commerce and personal-data rules apply where they cannot be excluded by contract. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through support correspondence.
Where the customer is located in Kazakhstan, mandatory rights under Kazakhstan consumer, civil, electronic document and personal data laws continue to apply regardless of any contrary wording in this offer. Kazakhstan customers may request information, correction, blocking, deletion and other mandatory personal-data remedies where applicable.
